1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tbej platform and all its services. By accessing the tbej.cam website or creating an account, you give your full consent to these Terms.

In this document, "tbej", "we", "us" or "platform" refers to the authority operating tbej. "User", "you" or "player" refers to any person or entity who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and create legal obligations for both parties. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the tbej platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and play games on the tbej platform, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above. tbej reserves the right to verify your age and may request proof of age documents when necessary.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. If false information is provided, tbej reserves the right to cancel the account and withhold any deposited funds.

• Each person may create only one account.
• The mobile number and email address used for registration must be your own.
• The account must be operated in your own name — operating an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited.
• Payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.) must be registered in the name of the account holder.

2.3 KYC Verification

tbej conducts identity verification (KYC) processes from time to time. This process may require copies of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued identity documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is completed.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Any transaction or gaming activity carried out using your login credentials will be considered as having been done by you.

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Always log out after logging in from a public computer or someone else's device.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any of your registered details change (such as email or mobile number), notify our support team without delay. tbej will not be responsible for any loss resulting from failure to update your information.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account has had no login or financial transaction for 12 months or more, it may be marked as an "inactive account". tbej may send prior notice regarding inactive accounts and take necessary steps.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on tbej is ৳200. This limit applies to each payment method. Deposit limits may change from time to time and any changes will be communicated on the platform.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase during verification processes or in special circumstances.

• The withdrawal method must match the method used for the deposit.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus is active (unless the offer's terms state otherwise).
• Bonuses are only usable for playing games on the tbej platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• There may be restrictions on specific games when playing with bonus funds.
• If multiple accounts claim bonuses using the same holder name, IP address, device or payment method, all bonuses will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

tbej's VIP program has 5 levels, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP levels depends on your gaming activity and engagement with the platform. tbej reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games on the tbej platform are determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each round is independent and previous results do not influence subsequent results.

6.2 Technical Errors

Game results caused by a technical error or system malfunction may be considered void. In such cases, the amount of the bet placed will be refunded. tbej is not responsible for results arising from errors.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

tbej believes in the Fair Play principle. If any player exploits a system vulnerability, bug or unintentional error to gain an unfair advantage, their account will be cancelled and any related winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 Sports Betting

Additional betting rules apply when placing bets on cricket or any other sport. In cases where a match is cancelled, suspended indefinitely or concluded with reduced overs, the outcome will be determined according to the betting resolution policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbej platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's identity or payment details.
• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Playing games using bots, automation software or artificial intelligence.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit the system (collusion).
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or security.
• Claiming bonuses through a third party or sharing bonuses.
• Harassing or abusing other users of the platform.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the tbej website — logos, designs, game graphics, text, software and other materials — is the intellectual property of tbej or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, republish or use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from tbej.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tbej will not be liable for the following:

• Inability to access games due to internet connection failure.
• Any issues caused by your device or software.
• Disruption of services from third-party providers (payment gateways, game providers).
• Unforeseen technical problems, cyberattacks or natural disasters.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your own mismanagement of login credentials.

tbej's maximum liability will in no case exceed the principal amount of the transaction directly related to the incident.

10 Privacy and Data

tbej follows our Privacy Policy when collecting, processing and storing your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to our privacy policy.

Your personal information may be used for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification.
• Payment processing and completing financial transactions.
• Providing customer service and processing support requests.
• Fulfilling applicable legal obligations.
• Ensuring platform security and preventing fraud.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by tbej

tbej reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• For violating these terms and conditions.
• For providing false or incomplete information.
• If suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity are detected.
• For not cooperating with KYC verification.
• In accordance with the instructions of legal or regulatory authorities.

11.2 Closure by User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, please contact our support team. Before closing your account, review the wagering requirements of any active bonuses.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any matter, please contact our support team first. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct discussion.

12.1 Complaints Process

1. Submit a detailed complaint to the support team via live chat or email.
2. Our team will review the complaint and respond within a set timeframe.
3. If necessary, additional information or documents may be requested for investigation.
4. The final decision will be communicated in writing.

tbej's decision shall be considered final and binding, unless a legal provision states otherwise.

13 Responsible Gaming
